Thanks Caity from Toowoomba! I'm quite pleased with it too. In fact I'm liking it more every day. This is unusual. Normally I go through a spell after a quilt is finish where I cannot look at it - all I can see are the mistakes; so I put it away in a closet - out of sight, out of mind and move on to something else. I feel differently with this one.
If you’re a textile art enthusiast, then read on. This is where I record my thoughts about activities, events and progress on work that takes place in my studio here in the Thousand Islands region of Southern Ontario, Canada.
I want this site to serve as my contribution to an on-line exchange of views and practices about all manner of textile art. I welcome your visits and especially your comments, in fact, I love reading comments, they make me happy!

I like the sense of depth you've achieved through your use of value, and I love the movement....
Very nice.
A beautiful quilt, lovely colors.
